Premiere Brands® has entered into an Exclusive Agreement with a skilled craftsman located in TN, USA. Each board is custom made to exacting standards from two or more of the following hardwoods: Maple, Cherry &/or Walnut, Each Cheese Slicing Board is a Unique Creation due to the varying grains selected by our Craftsman.
Each board is treated in a bath of FDA approved, Food Grade, mineral oil and coated with a proprietary mixture of food grade mineral oil and beeswax.
The Cutting Arm is assembled with a C-shaped Stainless Steel bar, a Chrome Handle and Stainless Steel Cutting Wire which easily cuts through hard or soft cheese.
Rubber Feet are attached with stainless steel screws, making the board easy to pick up and ensuring that it remains in place on your counter or table.
Each Custom Cheese slicing board includes instructions for proper care of your board to give you many years of service. Also included are instructions on how to get a replacement cutting wire (just in case).
These Cheese Slicer Boards are approximately 3/4" thick and 6" X 8" in overall size.. They are available is 4 different combinations of hardwood.
Please note that the wood properties (color and grain) vary from board to board, even when made of the same type wood.
